The return or exchange can be done within 15 days after your order is delivered.

In case our customer received a defective or wrong product(s) from us, our support team will arrange for a reverse pickup and the shipping charges will be covered by us.

Please capture a video or photo before shipping the package or handing it to our courier partner.

If the customer's pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s).

Please ensure you have packed the products properly to prevent damage during transit.

Only products in unused condition with all tags and packaging will be accepted by us for replacement and refund.
Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders:

Following receipt of your order at the warehouse and a quality check of the product(s), your refund for the prepaid purchase will be performed within 7 working days.

The Refund Amount will be reflected in the respective payment mode.

In the event that you used a refund coupon to place a prepaid order, you will receive a coupon for the value of the coupon code back, and the remaining balance will be paid using the original payment method.

For COD orders:

After your order is received at the warehouse and the product(s) are quality checked, a coupon code equal to the ordered value will be provided to your registered email address or contact number within 48 hours.
