Returns & Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • The return or exchange can be done within 15 days after your order is delivered.

  • In case our customer received a defective or wrong product(s) from us, our support team will arrange for a reverse pickup and the shipping charges will be covered by us.

  • Please capture a video or photo before shipping the package or handing it to our courier partner.

  • If the customer's pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s).

  • Contact our support team via sales@inkstring.com or WhatsApp +91 9597400417 to get the courier address.

  • Please ensure you have packed the products properly to prevent damage during transit.

  • Only products in unused condition with all tags and packaging will be accepted by us for replacement and refund.

Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders:

    • Following receipt of your order at the warehouse and a quality check of the product(s), your refund for the prepaid purchase will be performed within 7 working days.

    • The Refund Amount will be reflected in the respective payment mode.

    • In the event that you used a refund coupon to place a prepaid order, you will receive a coupon for the value of the coupon code back, and the remaining balance will be paid using the original payment method.

  • For COD orders:

    • After your order is received at the warehouse and the product(s) are quality checked, a coupon code equal to the ordered value will be provided to your registered email address or contact number within 48 hours.
