  • How can i cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order, please write an email to our support team at support@inkstring.com or Whatsapp +91 9597400417 with your order details. request for order cancel must be made on the same day of the order placement. Orders can be cancelled only before the order are dispatched. Once your order has been canceled we will initiate the refund immediately. Kindly allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • How can i change my Shipping / Billing Address?
    Yes, you can change the shipping / billing address before the orders are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, the shipping/billing address cannot be changed for that dispatched order. To change the shipping/billing address, contact our support team via email support@inkstring.com or Whatsapp +91 9597400417.
  • Is it possible to change the items in my order?
    Yes, it is possible to change items in your order only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact out to our support team via email support@inkstring.com or Whatsapp +91 9597400417 before 5.00pm.
  • How will my order be delivered?
    Your specified shipping address is where your order will be shipped. Reliable courier services will bring your order right to your door. All orders will be shipped in completely sealed packaging to safeguard your belongings and guarantee that they get to you undamaged.
  • How will I be notified after my order has been successfully placed?
    Your Order ID and Order Details will be sent to you by email. Additionally, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the product is shipped.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

  • What is the Delivery time for my order?
    We process orders every day except Sundays and Public Holidays. It takes about 3-5 working days for delivery in the metro cities and 5 to 7 working days for the rest of India. All your orders will be shipped from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
  • Do you charge the customer for shipping?
    No, We do not charge the customers for forward shipping. Please check our Returns & Refund policy for more information.
